The Law of attraction works in different ways for different people. I found manifesting a better life by scripting works for me and many others. It’s not just affirmations or visualization; it’s that, but so much more. It’s more specific and very easy to do.
What is Scripting, and how does it apply to manifest a better life?
Scripting is a Law of Attraction technique. It is a powerful law of Attraction tool where you describe your life precisely the way you want it, then write it down. You need to be very specific and explain how you want your life to look and feel as if it is already the way you want it to be now.
To manifest a better life, your need to describe different areas of your life.
- Health – What does it mean to be healthy?
- Money – What would it look like to have the money you desire?
- Relationships – What is the ideal relationship you are looking for?
- Possessions – What do you want to own?
- Travel – Where would you like to travel, and how?
- Career/Job – Do you want a new career or job or own your own business?
- Spiritual – Do you want to expand or improve on your religion or spirituality?
- Personal Growth – How do you want to be?
- Change a habit – What habits get in the way of a better life?
These are broad categories, but you can see the unlimited possibilities. You can take each one and break them down into smaller categories. Say health, for instance. Take a look at different parts of that. Are there things you want to change about yourself that are smaller parts of health? Maybe you want to lose weight, be more flexible, be stronger, have clearer vision, flawless skin, or thicker hair. It could be several small things on how you want to improve your health.
You don’t need to do everything at once. Pick 4 or 5 things in different areas of your life that you want to improve upon.
Then for each area, ask how it would feel (use all your senses). What does it mean to you? What would it look like (visualize)? Why do you want the change?
Now, as you feel the emotions of the change, you want to pay attention to the little voice in your head. Is it saying, and is your being feeling like you can do it with a little stretch, or is it saying there is no way? If you feel in your body and the voice in your head does not believe what you are asking for, it will not happen. Say you want to make a million dollars. If you are making $2000 a month and ask for a million, your subconscious will not believe it. You will feel this. So instead of asking for a million dollars right away, move up to maybe $5000 or what you feel you can create with belief.
You will be using your imagination, feeling the images, then put it down in words. You are writing a story of how you want to have a better life.
This is so much fun, and it feels so good! This gives you a chance to daydream as we did as a kid. Some of us were told not to daydream, but I am telling you here to daydream and delve into it completely with all the exciting feelings that go with it, then put it down on paper in detail.
1. DayDream, make it feel real!
First, take some time to daydream. Get into a meditative state in a quiet place. Light a candle or burn some incense. Make this time special and relax and enjoy the moment. Pick one thing in your life you would like change or improve, do, be or have. Keep that in your mind and engage with it completely. Just by engaging, it will expand upon itself. Enjoy this moment and get excited about it. Feel the feelings you would have if it were true today. You are in the precious now moment. Stay there for as long as you want and let the details unfold.
Then, when you are finished, write it down on a piece of paper and feel the feelings and visualize as you are writing. It doesn’t have to be long, because as you write, the emotions and pictures will come up. That is why it’s essential to write it down right after the visualization. Even if it is a sentence or two, your writing should be specific and bring up the feelings and the visualization while you write. That is what is essential,
I know this seems like a process since it does take some time. But believe me, it will be worth it!
You will want to do this for 4 or 5 things or as many as you want. It is your life you are changing.
2. Now that you wrote down the things you want to change, what to do next?
Now you want to put it by your nightstand or somewhere you can read it first thing in the morning and just before going to sleep.
- Every morning and night, twice a day, read what you wrote slow with excitement, intense feelings, and visualize it.
- Do this for 30 days. Don’t check every time to see if any of them have come true. Sometimes you will know as you go along because some will come true sooner than others.
- You have to trust the Law of Attraction and that the vibrations match what you want. When you already have something, do you keep checking if you have it?
- Just do it every day, twice a day, for 30 days. Every day that you read it, completely let it go and forget about it.
- By the time the 30 days are up, you will start to get bored of reading it. That is ok; it is working.
3. What happens after 30 days?
After the 30 days, let it go and put the list away. Don’t toss it; put it somewhere, and take a break. After a while, pick up your list and check off what is now your better life. All or most will have come true. Depends on your belief system. You will be surprised and excited. When that happens, your belief and trust will escalate, and it gets easier and easier. Some things that may not have manifested yet may take 3 months, 6 months, or even a year, but it will happen. You basically need to forget about it and later on check the list, and you will be very surprised.
Take a break, and when you feel like it, make another list to read for 30 days. Expand on what you already wrote or write completely different changes.
Just don’t quit!!

- Visualize
- Write
- Get excited and read it twice a day.
- Read it twice a day for 30 days.
- Let it go and put it away.
- Check the list, and get excited!
… and your life will be exactly the way you want it, and you will have manifested a better life just as you imagined!
